  • Order Acceptance: Completion of the checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention department. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

  • Shipping and Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Site pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
